Reverend Karyn Packard, CPSP Diplomate, MPS, MDiv

Karyn has been Director of Pastoral Care for Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and Miller Children’s Hospital since 1992, and brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to this issue. As part of her presentation, she will address the loss of coworkers and loved ones through acts of violence.

Rev. Karyn Packard

Reverend Packard is an ordained minister. She received her MPS from Loyola Lakeshore in Chicago and is certified in Bio-ethics from Loyola Marymount.

Rev. Packard holds a certification in CISD and in several organizational development inventories. She teaches widely on personality theory, cross-cultural care, bereavement, end-of-life care, advance directives and spirituality and healing.
